Description

  • Lead statistical analysis and machine learning projects from conception through deployment.
  • Develop models and analyses tailored to client needs and translate results into actionable recommendations.
  • Present complex data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights and support a data-driven culture.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in data science methodologies.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve service offerings.
  • Manage multiple projects and teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field with a strong focus on machine learning.
  • Extensive experience with Python and R, including data manipulation and visualization libraries.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, and time-series analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience handling large datasets and using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience in the Retail or CPG industry is a plus.
