Description

  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Support application upgrades, system deployments, and release management activities.
  • Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows in Jira.
  • Coordinate and execute testing efforts for SIT and UAT to ensure system stability and quality.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot system-related issues.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise financial systems.
  • Experience with Trintech Frontier (Fiserv).
  • Experience leading system upgrades and deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with testing and release processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and application lifecycle experience.
