Description

  • Lead, mentor, and scale the immigration team while serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Oversee end-to-end U.S. and Canadian immigration cases.
  • Prepare and review immigration applications, petitions, and business travel documentation for submission.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize internal processes to maintain compliance with U.S. and Canadian immigration laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal clients and mobility teams to gather documentation and manage expectations.
  • Provide clear guidance on complex immigration matters to employees and business leaders.
  • Track case milestones and deadlines to ensure timely filings and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with external counsel and government agencies on immigration matters.

Requirements

  • Mid-to-senior level experience managing end-to-end U.S. and Canadian corporate immigration workflows.
  • Proven leadership or managerial experience.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. immigration processes, including H1B, PERM, and L1.
  • Deep knowledge of Canadian immigration processes, including Express Entry, LMIA, and work permits.
  • Experience supporting business travel facilitation.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on deadlines, compliance risk mitigation, and document accuracy.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
