Description

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, data integration processes, and data infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to support data-driven decision making.
Design and implement robust data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and storing unstructured data at scale.
Build and maintain cloud-native ETL/ELT processes using BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow.
Ensure seamless integration between GCP and Snowflake.
Leverage Snowflake unstructured data capabilities such as Directory Tables, Scoped URLs, and Snowpark to make dark data queryable and actionable.
Integrate AI tools such as OCR, NLP entities, and Document AI into engineering workflows to transform unstructured blobs into structured insights.
Tune complex SQL queries and Python-based processing jobs for petabyte-scale environments efficiently.

Requirements

Experience as a Data Engineer with expertise in Dataiku.
Strong experience designing and implementing data pipelines for unstructured data at scale.
Experience with Snowflake and GCP, including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow.
Knowledge of Snowflake unstructured data capabilities, including Directory Tables, Scoped URLs, and Snowpark.
Experience integrating OCR, NLP entities, and Document AI into data engineering workflows.
Strong SQL and Python skills for optimizing processing jobs in large-scale environments.
Ability to work in petabyte-scale environments efficiently.
Experience in advanced analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI environments is preferred.
