Description

  • Lead the finance team in preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Oversee financial planning and analysis across the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal financial policies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align financial objectives with business strategy.
  • Monitor financial risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Establish and enforce financial controls and procedures.
  • Support fundraising efforts and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment is preferred.
