Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AI and ML space.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on value propositions and proposals.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level data science solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI and ML technologies and incorporate them into offerings.
  • Mentor and guide data scientists and engineers to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for data science initiatives.
  • Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and translate needs into actionable solutions.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 18 to 20 years of experience in Data Science and AI.
  • Proven leadership experience within the AI and ML services industry.
  • Strong track record of driving business development and growth initiatives.
  • Extensive experience developing and deploying enterprise-level data science solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL (preferred).
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark (preferred).
