Description

  • Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles for large Quality Engineering (QE) opportunities (USD 5M+), consistently achieving and exceeding annual QE revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of exclusive and sole-sourced QE deals and drive long-term managed services, annuity-based, and transformation-led QE engagements.
  • Lead QE presales and deal shaping activities, including creating RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and shaping differentiated QE solution strategies (automation, AI-driven QE, QE for AI, performance engineering, data testing, continuous testing).
  • Define pricing, commercials, value engineering, and deal structuring in collaboration with finance and commercial teams.
  • Collaborate closely with capability/practice and delivery teams (including India practice) to create winning proposals and ensure delivery alignment.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Quality Engineering leaders and act as executive sponsor for strategic QE accounts.
  • Lead executive presentations, client negotiations, and contract discussions for strategic accounts.
  • Represent the organization at industry QE forums, conferences, roundtables, and client events to raise brand visibility and influence market perception.
  • Publish and promote thought leadership (blogs, whitepapers, articles) and partner with marketing on QE branding, campaigns, analyst interactions, and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in IT services with an exclusive focus on Quality Engineering.
  • Proven track record of winning multi-million-dollar QE deals (USD 5M+), including exclusive/sole-bid engagements.
  • Extensive experience leading presales activities and preparing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
  • Strong understanding of QE frameworks, tools, transformation models, and modern QE topics (automation, AI in testing, performance and data testing, continuous testing).
  • Demonstrated experience in QE marketing, thought leadership, industry engagement, and representing the organization externally.
  • Proven ability to build and manage executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with pricing, value engineering, and deal structuring for large, complex engagements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong executive presence.
