Description

  • Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for new features, enhancements, and platform updates.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and mobile interfaces.
  • Validate user flows, APIs, payment processes, and other business-critical scenarios.
  • Develop, expand, and maintain automated test suites using PlayWright, Jest, or similar frameworks.
  • Improve test coverage and reliability through automation and CI/CD integration where applicable.
  • Identify, document, track, verify, and help resolve defects with engineering teams.
  • Participate in release planning and coordinate testing across multiple product teams.
  • Monitor production systems for post-release issues and unexpected behavior.
  • Contribute to root-cause analysis, post-release quality reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support QA best practices and consistency across teams.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of software QA or testing experience in SaaS, eCommerce, fintech, or similar environments.
  • Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Experience testing APIs, databases, workflows, and web-based interfaces.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools and version control systems such as Jira and Git.
  • Ability to write and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser developer tools.
  • Understanding of API behavior and database interactions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience testing payment systems or transaction flows is highly valued.
  • Experience using AI agents and building AI tools and agents.
  • Nice to have: experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or other performance testing tools.
  • Nice to have: accessibility testing experience.
  • Nice to have: experience with fintech, subscription billing, or eCommerce systems.
