Description

  • Conduct KYC checks, including PEP and sanctions screening, to support regulatory compliance.
  • Manage onboarding for corporate, trust, and institutional clients in line with AML requirements.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams on CDD, EDD, and client offboarding processes.
  • Prepare regulatory and audit reports, including AUSTRAC-related reporting.
  • Process deposits and withdrawals accurately and in accordance with company and regulatory policies.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely transaction updates.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve funding issues and abnormal cases.
  • Assist with launching new products, updating policies, and assessing operational impacts across departments.
  • Create, update, and distribute SOPs for onboarding, promotions, and operational workflows.
  • Support process automation initiatives, track performance metrics, and help improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and other teams to strengthen workflows and client experience.
  • Assist in training junior team members and refining training materials.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in back-office or broker operations within financial services or a brokerage environment.
  • Solid working knowledge of KYC/AML compliance, CDD/EDD frameworks, and funds processing.
  • Experience with AUSTRAC reporting is highly regarded.
  • Experience in FX/CFD brokerage operations is highly regarded.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of complex, ambiguous situations.
  • Strong mindset for sharing knowledge, improving processes, and supporting team performance.
  • Japanese language proficiency is a bonus, especially for supporting Japanese-speaking clients and partners.
