Description

  • Conduct support visits to Joint Force Headquarters-State organizations and provide joint training services.
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops to improve joint training readiness and address identified focus areas.
  • Develop and deliver training for effective implementation and integration of the Joint Training System (JTS).
  • Support JTS processes across training requirements identification, planning, execution, and assessment.
  • Assist organizations with integrating JTS into training, exercises, and planning activities.
  • Analyze training activities and organizational readiness to identify findings, trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, assessments, and recommendations documenting support visit and training findings.
  • Brief military and government leadership on observations and recommended actions.
  • Serve as an Observer, Controller, Trainer (OC/T) during exercises and training events when requested.
  • Coordinate with military personnel, government stakeholders, exercise planners, trainers, and other joint training community members.

Requirements

  • High level of competence and experience with all phases of the Joint Training System (JTS), including requirements, planning, execution, and assessment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of successful JTS integration within joint military organizations.
  • Familiarity with and ability to apply the most current CJCSI 3500-series guidance.
  • Experience supporting military training, exercises, readiness assessments, or joint training programs.
  • Ability to develop and facilitate workshops, training sessions, reports, assessments, and professional briefings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort briefing military and government leadership.
  • Ability to work independently in a primarily remote environment while collaborating with geographically dispersed teams and customers.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% in support of mission requirements.
  • Valid U.S. or U.S. territory driver's license.
  • Valid and active U.S. Government SECRET security clearance.
