Description

  • Develop and operate modern data architectures and end-to-end data solutions.
  • Build and maintain complex data processing pipelines for challenging client problems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to implement scalable models.
  • Write clean, iterative code using TDD and continuous delivery practices.
  • Deploy, support, and operate production data pipelines.
  • Select and use distributed storage and computing technologies.
  • Design and implement data models using appropriate techniques and technology stacks.
  • Collaborate on data governance, security, and privacy initiatives.
  • Incorporate data quality into daily engineering work.
  • Anchor functional workstreams and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience building and operating data pipelines and maintaining data storage in distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling and modern data engineering platforms.
  • Experience writing clean, high-quality production code.
  • Experience deploying large-scale data pipelines and data-centric applications.
  • Experience with data visualization and communicating insights to varied audiences.
  • Experience applying data security, privacy, and data-driven approaches to business problems.
  • Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, data lakes, and data schemas.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, ETL/data pipelines, Databricks, and modern data warehouses or lakes such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Delta Lake.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and with machine learning, AI, generative AI, or LLM technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management, adaptability, conflict resolution, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
  • US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range of $134,000–$203,000 USD, depending on experience, location, responsibilities, performance, skills, and training.
