Description

  • Own end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including verification, coding support, claim submission, payment posting, AR, denial management, and patient collections.
  • Track and report revenue cycle KPIs, including net collection rate, days in AR, denial and rejection rates, clean-claim rate, and aging.
  • Document and standardize workflows, SOPs, and training systems across locations.
  • Manage, develop, and scale a team of billing, verification, claims, and team-lead staff.
  • Manage outsourced billing partners, including SLAs, performance reviews, output audits, and in-house audit coordination.
  • Establish revenue cycle operations for newly opened markets.
  • Use performance data to identify and drive operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of dental or healthcare revenue cycle management experience with ownership of the full revenue cycle.
  • Experience stabilizing, building, or scaling RCM operations across multiple locations, ideally within a DSO, MSO, or multi-site group.
  • Strong knowledge of dental and medical insurance, including PPO, HMO, Medicaid verification and claims, coding, denials, and appeals.
  • Experience documenting workflows, developing training, and implementing metrics and accountability systems.
  • Experience managing and developing distributed or remote teams.
  • Ability to own revenue cycle KPIs and use data to drive improvement.
  • Ability and interest in safely and effectively deploying AI solutions for revenue cycle management.
