Description

  • Perform full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles, including identifying, sourcing, and interviewing qualified applicants.
  • Focus recruiting efforts on nursing and other healthcare positions.
  • Research, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
  • Source healthcare professionals and guide them through the qualification process.
  • Conduct initial screening and manage the application process in accordance with company policy.
  • Manage candidate submissions in client databases.
  • Make prospecting contacts and follow up on leads.
  • Support the organization’s mission and brand by presenting qualified candidates to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in medical administration.
  • 7-10 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
  • Familiarity with principles and practices of healthcare recruiting.
  • Ability to maintain professional knowledge and skills through approved healthcare professional development opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a remote work environment (implied by the role being remote).
