Description

  • Perform full-cycle recruitment for healthcare positions, including identifying, sourcing, and interviewing applicants.
  • Focus on recruiting for nursing and other healthcare roles.
  • Research, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent.
  • Source healthcare professionals and guide them through the qualification process.
  • Handle initial screening and application processing in accordance with company policy.
  • Manage candidate submissions into client databases.
  • Make prospecting contacts and follow up on leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or five or more years of relevant experience in medical administration.
  • 7-10 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
  • Familiarity with the principles and practices of healthcare recruiting.
  • Ability to maintain professional knowledge and skills through approved healthcare professional development opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience recruiting for nursing positions, preferred.
  • Remote work capability, as this is a remote position.
