Description

  • Scan client bank job openings and match them to Symicor Group’s network of bankers across the U.S.
  • Source and identify candidates through passive and active recruiting channels, including postings, social networking, and internet research.
  • Screen and interview banking candidates and prepare qualified candidates for client submission.
  • Act as the primary communication point for candidates from initial contact through interview stages.
  • Convey banking knowledge to candidates and build trust as a subject matter expert.
  • Promote The Symicor Group brand across markets and professional communities.
  • Work with recruiters, senior management, hiring managers, and local Human Resources staff to develop and execute sourcing plans based on business needs.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing recruiting needs.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of banking recruiting experience in a financial institution.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
  • Knowledge of the Bullhorn ATS system is a plus.
  • Experience as a persuasive interviewer with familiarity in various interview techniques.
  • Strong long-term relationship-building, sales, and influencing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of banking positions and the skills required across various job families.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, web-based recruiting systems, internet tools, and direct sourcing methods.
  • General knowledge of recruitment policies and practices.
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws, including Diversity Legislation, FLSA, and VEVRAA.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness to identify and leverage resources, information, and assistance to solve client problems.
