Description

  • Plan, implement, and analyze the social media strategy across relevant platforms such as Instagram and TikTok in the French market.
  • Develop creative and engaging content that reflects the ESN and More Nutrition brand identity and resonates with the target audience in France.
  • Work closely with the international team, HQ, and local partners to align social media activities with the overall brand strategy.
  • Analyze social media campaign performance and turn results into actionable insights to improve reach and engagement.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social media channels and keep the audience engaged with fresh content and campaigns.
  • Build and grow accounts for the French and French-speaking Swiss markets and foster community engagement.
  • Identify emerging digital trends and viral formats early.
  • Travel to local events and creator content houses in France to capture authentic on-site content.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in social media marketing, including managing social media campaigns for brands.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms and tools.
  • Experience using social media data analysis to optimize strategy and performance.
  • Familiarity with the French market and its local specifics.
  • Native French speaker with very good German and good English skills.
  • Experience in the FMCG or sports nutrition industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally as a team player.
