Description

  • Act as the outsourced financial leader for a portfolio of SMB clients with $3M–$50M in revenue.
  • Own financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and KPI reporting used by leadership.
  • Work with owners and management teams to turn financial results into actionable business decisions each month.
  • Identify pricing opportunities, labor efficiency issues, and margin leakage that affect profitability.
  • Support clients in improving profitability, cash flow, and margin performance.
  • Collaborate with clients in a fast-paced consulting environment across multiple engagements at once.
  • Continuously improve the firm’s methodology, delivery, and tools based on client work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles such as CFO, Controller, FP&A Director, or Business Owner.
  • Hands-on experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses with $3M–$100M+ in annual revenue.
  • Proven ability to improve profitability, expand margins, and optimize cash flow through financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, dashboards, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Must reside in Texas or Georgia.
  • Previous business owner or entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus.
