Description

Own monthly results for all non-U.S. Everway Group entities.
Manage the monthly close process and ensure the accuracy of financial results for all non-U.S. entities.
Prepare entity-level financial reporting and provide financial insight and analysis to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and practices in line with US GAAP and industry best practice.
Document accounting processes and desktop procedures for the accounting team.
Manage, coach, and develop staff and senior accountants.
Partner with Tax and Statutory Compliance on transfer pricing invoicing and intercompany loan accounting processes and policies.
Support group and local audit processes.
Drive adoption of automation and best practices using native Sage Intacct functionality to reduce manual work and shorten close times.
Assist with M&A activities, including integration of processes and systems.
Support day-to-day accounting operations and collaborate with other finance functions.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including automation and AI adoption.

Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP.
Active CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA license in good standing.
Experience with Sage Intacct accounting software.
Proven people management experience.
Strong leadership in dynamic environments with the ability to meet tight deadlines and foster accountability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective cross-cultural communication skills.
5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Experience in a similar role in a SaaS company (desirable).
Experience in a similar role in a PE-backed environment (desirable).
Experience with FloQast close management software (desirable).
M&A and post-transaction integration experience (desirable).
