Description

  • Conduct inside/inbound phone sales with pre-qualified leads in the U.S. credit sector.
  • Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on each customer’s profile and credit situation.
  • Follow TCP’s step-by-step sales process to promote credit repair products.
  • Address and rebut customer concerns during the sales conversation.
  • Work toward and exceed quotas and key performance indicators.
  • Use TCP’s tools and systems, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu, in daily work.
  • Support client acquisition and revenue growth objectives for the business.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience in a B2C financial or banking services environment.
  • Proven experience in inside or inbound phone sales in the United States credit sector.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, line of credit, personal loans, credit repair, credit history, score, and reporting.
  • Immediate remote full-time availability.
  • Ability to work a 9-hour shift with one unpaid 1-hour break.
  • Availability to work one of the listed schedules: Monday–Thursday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, or Monday–Friday 12:00 PM–9:00 PM EST, or Monday–Friday 1:00 PM–10:00 PM EST.
  • Bring Your Own Device requirement with a computer that meets company specifications.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first, empathetic approach.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn TCP’s technology suite.
