Description

  • Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on each customer’s profile and credit situation.
  • Follow the company’s step-by-step process to present TCP’s credit repair products.
  • Handle and rebut customer concerns during the sales conversation.
  • Work pre-qualified leads with no cold calling required.
  • Use TCP’s technology stack, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu, in daily operations.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Contribute to client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside or inbound phone sales in the United States credit sector, including credit cards, repair, history, score, and reporting.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C-focused financial and banking services.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy for customer needs.
  • Ability to learn and use TCP’s technological suite.
  • Immediate availability for a full-time remote role.
  • Willingness to work one unpaid 1-hour break in a 9-hour shift.
  • Ability to work one of the specified EST schedules.
  • Must have a computer that meets company requirements.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, or Hodu is preferred.
