Description

  • Handle inbound sales conversations with pre-qualified leads in the U.S. credit sector.
  • Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on each customer's profile and credit situation.
  • Follow TCP’s step-by-step sales process to present products and address customer concerns.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu in daily sales operations.
  • Work toward and exceed quotas and key performance indicators.
  • Provide customer-focused, empathetic support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate in a remote full-time environment to support revenue growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C financial and banking services.
  • Proven experience in inside or inbound phone sales in the United States credit sector.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, personal loans, credit repair, credit history, credit scores, and credit reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy for customer needs.
  • Ability to work full-time remotely with one unpaid 1-hour break in a 9-hour shift.
  • Availability for one of the specified schedules: Monday-Thursday plus Saturday, or Monday-Friday daytime/evening EST shifts.
  • Must bring your own device and have a computer that meets company requirements.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu is required or highly preferred.

  • Base pay of $12/hour or at least $2,080 per month.
  • Progressive uncapped commission structure.
  • 100% remote, permanent full-time role.
