Description

  • Handle inbound, pre-qualified sales conversations with potential customers.
  • Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on each customer’s credit profile and situation.
  • Follow TCP’s step-by-step sales process to present products and address customer concerns.
  • Meet and exceed quotas and KPI targets through strong sales performance.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu in day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain a customer-first approach while communicating solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Work from home in a full-time remote sales role.
  • Adapt to one of the specified EST schedules and manage a 9-hour shift with an unpaid one-hour break.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C financial and banking services.
  • Proven inside or inbound phone sales experience in the U.S. credit sector, including credit cards, repair, credit history, scores, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy for customer needs.
  • Ability to work full-time remotely with one unpaid one-hour break in a 9-hour shift.
  • Availability for one of the listed EST schedules, including Monday-Thursday with Saturday or Monday-Friday shifts.
  • Must provide your own device and a computer that meets company requirements.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, or Hodu is relevant for daily work.
