Description

  • Handle inbound sales conversations with pre-qualified leads in the U.S. credit sector.
  • Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on each customer's profile and credit situation.
  • Follow TCP's step-by-step sales process to present products and address customer concerns.
  • Work toward and exceed quotas, KPIs, and performance targets.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu in daily work.
  • Communicate with prospects clearly and persuasively in a remote sales environment.
  • Maintain a customer-first approach while guiding clients through credit repair options.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C financial or banking services.
  • Proven experience in inside or inbound phone sales in the U.S. credit sector.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, personal loans, credit repair, credit history, credit scores, and credit reporting.
  • Remote full-time availability with one unpaid 1-hour break in a 9-hour shift.
  • Ability to work one of the listed EST schedules, including Monday-Thursday plus Saturday or Monday-Friday shifts.
  • Bring Your Own Device setup with a computer that meets company requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy for customer needs.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP's technology suite.
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu is preferred by the role context.
