Description

  • Handle inbound and inside sales calls with pre-qualified leads in the U.S. credit sector.
  • Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on each customer’s profile and credit situation.
  • Follow TCP’s step-by-step sales process to present products and address customer objections.
  • Work toward and exceed sales quotas, KPIs, and performance goals.
  • Use TCP’s tools and systems, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu, in daily work.
  • Provide customer-focused, empathetic support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the team in a remote environment to support client acquisition and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C financial or banking services.
  • Proven experience in inside or inbound phone sales in the U.S. credit sector, including credit cards, repair, history, score, or reporting.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Remote full-time availability with one unpaid 1-hour break in a 9-hour shift.
  • Ability to work one of the specified schedules in EST, including weekday and Saturday options.
  • Bring Your Own Device setup with a computer that meets company requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-first orientation and empathy toward customer needs.
  • Willingness and hunger to learn TCP’s technological suite.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, or Hodu is preferred.

  • Base salary of $12/hour or $2,080/month minimum.
