Description

  • Pitch guest ideas and episode topics to the media director and podcast hosts based on relevant crypto trends and niche stories.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and run recordings, including guest communications and A/V checks.
  • Research topics and prepare background information and suggested questions for hosts.
  • Assist with publishing episodes and maintaining accurate analytics and performance records.
  • Generate ideas for new media offerings and help produce approved projects from concept through completion.
  • Support research and planning for additional media initiatives.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with hosts, guests, and the media team.
  • Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency, automation, and audience engagement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in podcast or video production, including recording, editing, and publishing workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of the crypto industry and curiosity about emerging narratives and trends.
  • Familiarity with Riverside, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, OBS, YouTube Studio, and Wordpress.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Creative judgment for identifying compelling stories, guests, and ideas for crypto audiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, globally distributed environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability.
  • Legal right to work in the country of residence or where the role is based without sponsorship.
  • Bonus: existing network of contacts.
  • Bonus: AI fluency or experience with agentic workflows.
