Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Teams enterprise administration, including team, channel, and lifecycle design.
  • Architect and manage SharePoint Online site structures, information design, libraries, and complex permission models.
  • Design and develop Power BI solutions for business use cases.
  • Build and maintain workflows and apps using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Own website design, development, and administration to ensure a secure, high-performing web presence.
  • Automate Microsoft 365 tenant administration tasks using PowerShell.
  • Implement least-privilege access and other security-first collaboration practices across platforms.
  • Produce architecture diagrams, data flows, administrative runbooks, and user-facing communications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large-scale Microsoft Teams deployments.
  • Experience integrating Teams with SharePoint and the Power Platform.
  • Strong portfolio of Power BI development.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of SharePoint site architecture, lists, and enterprise-level permission management.
  • Expert-level PowerShell skills for Microsoft 365 environment automation.
  • Ability to guide collaboration standards and support users without working in a trainer-only capacity.
  • Experience operating in enterprise environments and managing multi-region deployments is preferred.
  • Strong background in web design and development, including UI/UX and backend administration.
  • A mindset focused on scalable design and proactive governance rather than reactive troubleshooting.
