Description

  • Develop new accounts and expand existing customer relationships across the assigned territory.
  • Meet and exceed an assigned gross profit quota of $1.1M+.
  • Build future sales pipeline through account planning and territory planning.
  • Close deals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Work with consulting teams to close complex security opportunities at the C-level.
  • Partner with vendor representatives to identify and close security software and hardware opportunities.
  • Sell multiple solutions throughout the year and stay ahead of customer budget cycles.
  • Communicate the company’s story and represent Tevora as the face of the company.
  • Leverage internal resources to add value to client initiatives.
  • Close software and service contracts in the $50K–$2M range.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in security consulting or technology sales.
  • Consistent over-quota achievement.
  • Strong understanding of IT and networking.
  • Direct selling expertise with a 'hunter' mentality.
  • Working knowledge of the channel sales model.
  • Formal sales training such as Miller-Heiman, Sandler, or Solution Selling, with proven proficiency applying those methods.
  • Knowledge across technical disciplines including Regulatory Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, and Penetration Testing.
  • Knowledge of security industry vendors and solutions including Security Operations, GRC, Advanced Threat, Behavioral Analysis, and next-gen endpoint solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across business and technical boundaries and work independently without detailed guidance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field from a competitive 4-year university.
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States.
