Description

  • Own paid-growth strategy and hands-on execution across multiple brands and countries, with Meta as the top priority channel.
  • Prioritize brands and markets based on commercial opportunity, stock position, creative readiness, and growth potential.
  • Adapt budgets, channel mix, offers, creative angles, and testing plans to each market.
  • Transfer learnings across the portfolio while preserving brand positioning and local customer differences.
  • Make scaling decisions using contribution margin, MER, CAC/CPA, AOV, conversion rate, stock, discounting, freight, and refund risk.
  • Build and run a structured testing system across campaigns, audiences, creative, offers, landing pages, and funnel stages.
  • Run a fast creative feedback loop and brief the next iterations.
  • Diagnose creative fatigue, funnel friction, tracking gaps, offer issues, and commercial constraints.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows for analysis, reporting, creative classification, briefing, research, and repeatable decisions.
  • Create concise reporting that ends with clear actions: Scale, Fix, Hold, or Cut.
  • Collaborate with creative, ecommerce, product, finance, and operations teams on growth decisions.
  • Test demand-creation opportunities across TikTok and YouTube, and use Google and other channels where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience owning and scaling Meta Ads for ecommerce, DTC, retail, or physical-product brands.
  • Strong understanding of MER, ROAS, CAC/CPA, AOV, gross margin, contribution margin, conversion rate, and profitability.
  • Evidence of making budget decisions under real commercial constraints.
  • Strong creative-performance judgment across hooks, angles, personas, offers, formats, fatigue, and iteration.
  • Ability to turn campaign and business data into clear priorities and actions.
  • Practical experience using AI for analysis, automation, reporting, research, or workflow improvement.
  • Strong reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and markets concurrently without losing commercial or customer context.
  • Availability for meaningful overlap with Australian working hours.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Shopping, or Performance Max is a strong plus.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or Pinterest Ads is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Shopify and ecommerce analytics is a strong plus.
  • Experience with dashboards, SOPs, automated workflows, or AI-assisted operating systems is a strong plus.
  • Multi-market experience, especially in Australia, the United States, Canada, or other international consumer markets, is a strong plus.
  • Consumer-product category experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with CRO, attribution, tracking, and landing-page optimization is a strong plus.
