Requirements

  • Business-level English proficiency to communicate effectively with Australian customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and tools.
  • Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms for customer support functions.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
