Description

  • Design and develop new end-to-end features for the Horizon platform, including architecture, backend, and frontend work.
  • Participate in software architecture and technical decision-making, with a strong focus on backend development and cloud infrastructure.
  • Integrate the platform with other systems and prepare it to scale for larger enterprise clients.
  • Own code quality by running rigorous tests and providing constructive code reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and UX/UI Designer to translate business goals into technical solutions.
  • Contribute directly to the evolution of a mature product already in production.
  • Analyze complex requirements and propose solutions with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

  • 8 to 9+ years of software development experience.
  • Full-stack profile with a strong focus on backend infrastructure and architecture.
  • Excellent React skills to become productive quickly on the frontend.
  • Experience with .NET and the Azure platform.
  • Strong analytical ability and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience in SMEs or startups where you worked across multiple aspects of a product is a major asset.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • French is considered an asset.
