Description

  • Support onboarding and activation of Strategic Business Segment customers by integrating Amazon and Walmart accounts.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to turn customer goals into structured campaign strategies tied to revenue, efficiency, and market share KPIs.
  • Assist in rebuilding and optimizing campaign structures within the platform for scalability and best-practice alignment.
  • Monitor campaign and account performance, identify trends, and surface actionable insights.
  • Prepare performance reporting and insights through dashboards and recurring business reviews.
  • Support customer-facing conversations by reinforcing strategic recommendations, product adoption, and value realization.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure executional excellence.
  • Contribute to retention, expansion, and long-term partnership success as the role grows toward full enterprise ownership.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or digital advertising, ideally in eCommerce or ad tech.
  • Experience in e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and/or Walmart is required.
  • Foundational understanding of Amazon and Walmart advertising ecosystems, including campaign structure, keyword targeting, and performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics such as ROAS and ACOS, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a portfolio of customers.
  • Clear and confident communicator who can work effectively with internal stakeholders and customer teams.
  • Motivated to grow into a fully strategic, customer-facing role with responsibility for retention and expansion.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
