Description

  • Own the building and day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Paid Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen.
  • Conduct keyword research, expansion, refinement, and negative keyword management to improve relevance and reduce wasted spend.
  • Adjust bid strategies based on performance trends, seasonal shifts, and market competition.
  • Work with campaign types, attribution models, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to drive account improvements.
  • Identify tracking needs or issues and assist with setting up new conversion events or troubleshooting campaign tracking problems.
  • Improve Quality Scores, ad relevance, and landing page experience through ongoing optimizations and best practices.
  • Initiate and manage creative requests with the design team to obtain needed ad assets.
  • Support campaign planning, launch, reporting, and analysis across paid search advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building and managing campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of ad platform metrics and campaign performance goals.
  • Extensive experience with bid strategies and budget management tactics within Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and synthesize data into clear findings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to learn new tools and interfaces quickly.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including creative, social, email, marketing ops, BI, engineering, and SEO.
  • Ability to work US hours.
  • Complete command of spoken and written English.
  • Must have a working laptop with stable internet and power supply; backup preferred.
  • Ability to communicate over video on a daily basis.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in India and maintain work authorization throughout employment.
  • Employer work visa sponsorship and support are not provided.
  • Mid-level contract position based in India.
  • Pre-employment screening is required.
