Description

  • Own the full sales process for assigned enterprise and mid-market accounts, from prospecting to close.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans focused on long-term growth.
  • Prospect, organize time effectively, and deliver professional sales pitches to new prospects and existing contacts to achieve quota.
  • Engage senior decision-makers, diagnose client challenges, and design tailored value-based solutions using TechnologyAdvice’s offerings (brand-to-demand, lead generation, advertising, StudioA content, and events).
  • Create and execute sales and business development strategies to increase pipeline and deal flow.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling, personalized proposals that accurately describe products and set expectations.
  • Negotiate and close complex, six-figure-plus deals, manage objections, and handle annual contract negotiations.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Collaborate with client success, delivery teams, StudioA, Deal Desk, sales enablement, and SDRs to ensure best-in-class service and maximize repeat business.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience securing complex, six-figure-plus deals in brand-to-demand, demand generation, and digital media.
  • Track record of driving substantial revenue growth through both incumbent and net-new accounts.
  • Experience owning quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
  • Ability to craft and execute sophisticated account and territory plans focused on long-term growth.
  • Strong skills diagnosing client needs and designing tailored, measurable business solutions.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating and closing complex contracts and fostering win-win outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in brand-to-demand, demand generation, and digital media strategies.
  • Ambitious, innovative, and adaptable professional who excels in fast-paced environments and can pivot strategies as needed.
  • Location: role is listed for Singapore (remote-first culture); applicants should be prepared to work in that region as specified.
  • No employer work visa sponsorship provided; applicants must be currently authorized to work in Australia at hire and maintain that authorization for the duration of employment.

  • Annual base pay range: SGD 70,000–100,000.
  • Total annual compensation including commission up to: SGD 114,500–164,000.
