Description

  • Create visually compelling design materials for print and digital collateral across multiple platforms.
  • Develop original design concepts and determine effective use of colour, typography, imagery, and layout.
  • Retouch and manipulate images as needed for campaign and brand assets.
  • Collaborate with others from concept development through final project completion.
  • Prepare and export print-ready artwork to required specifications.
  • Manage the design and uploading process for project materials using a content management system.
  • Maintain client brand identity and design standards across all deliverables.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Actively develop graphic design skills through self-directed learning and ongoing training.

Requirements

  • Degree in graphic design.
  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, with particular strength in InDesign and Adobe Animate.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign for layout and print-ready production.
  • Experience creating Google ad-ready HTML banners, preferably in Adobe Animate.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • 3+ years of experience creating Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates.
  • Demonstrated ability in HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with Australian English preferred.
  • Strong organisational, time-management, and deadline-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent eye for detail, creativity, flexibility, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to create event branding and a wide range of assets, including print ads, web banners, social media assets, pull-up banners, stage graphics, and presentation templates.
  • Applicants must be able to complete 1 or 2 skills tests using Adobe Creative Cloud.
