Description

  • Create visually compelling materials for print and digital collateral across multiple platforms.
  • Develop design concepts and original content, selecting appropriate colour, typography, imagery, and layout.
  • Retouch and manipulate images as needed for campaign and brand outputs.
  • Coordinate projects from concept through completion and manage design production workflow.
  • Prepare and export print-ready artwork to required specifications.
  • Create final layouts and manage the design/uploading process using a content management system.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Maintain client brand identity and design standards across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with others on remote teams to deliver components that meet the overall brief.
  • Continue developing graphic design capability through self-directed learning and training.

Requirements

  • Degree in graphic design.
  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, with particular strength in InDesign and Adobe Animate.
  • 3+ years of experience creating Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates.
  • Strong layout skills.
  • Demonstrated abilities in HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent English communication skills, Australian English preferred.
  • Strong organisational, time-management, and deadline-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent eye for detail, creativity, flexibility, and analytical skills.
  • Experience creating Google ad-ready HTML banners, preferably in Adobe Animate.
  • Ability to create event branding and roll out assets including newspaper ads, web banners, GIF and HTML5 formats, social media assets, pull-up banners, stage graphics, PPTX templates, and other printed and digital materials.
  • Applicants must complete 1 or 2 Adobe Creative Cloud skills tests during recruitment.
