Description

  • Maintain, update, and enhance existing websites and applications.
  • Design, develop, and deploy new web applications from scratch.
  • Build responsive, scalable, high-performing user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
  • Leverage AI-powered and low-code/no-code tools to accelerate development workflows.
  • Collaborate with designers, founders, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
  • Develop and integrate APIs and backend services.
  • Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Manage version control and deployment pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Stay current with emerging AI development tools and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to maintain and improve existing web applications.
  • Proven ability to architect and build web applications from the ground up.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, NextJS, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Experience working with APIs and backend integration.
  • Familiarity or interest in AI-assisted development tools.
  • Can interpret Figma/Adobe XD mockups accurately.
  • Understanding of typography, spacing, and layout with a focus on pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Passion for emerging technologies, especially AI in software development (preferred).
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and platforms (preferred).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills (preferred).
  • Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL (good to have).
  • Familiarity with additional AI coding tools such as Lovable or Replit (good to have).
  • Experience with serverless architectures or modern deployment platforms (good to have).
  • Understanding of UI/UX best practices (good to have).
