Description

  • Oversee and manage customer orders received through the website and phone with complete accuracy.
  • Coordinate and schedule site deliveries with logistics and delivery partners.
  • Provide customer support by handling inquiries, sales calls, and product recommendations.
  • Manage and optimize the online product catalog, including listings, categories, and website presentation.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline order processing and broader operational workflows.
  • Validate order details, invoices, and pricing to prevent errors.
  • Analyze order and delivery costs to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare quotations and other sales-related documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Monitor operational metrics and report on performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee AI-powered tools and agent prompts to support accurate automation across orders, product updates, and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce, logistics, or online operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage online sales platforms and digital workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling orders, invoices, and pricing.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with confidence in customer-facing interactions.
  • Analytical, process-oriented mindset with a proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
  • Proficiency with eCommerce platforms, Xero, and digital tools.
  • Willingness to learn about construction-related products.
  • Strong time management and reliability, including flexibility to start early if required.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and open to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
  • University degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or Construction is advantageous.
  • Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and workflow automation is preferred.
