Description

  • Oversee all aspects of artwork production across print, point-of-sale, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Manage artwork production workflows, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time delivery of creative assets.
  • Allocate and brief work across the artwork team based on skills, capacity, and project priorities.
  • Proactively secure artwork briefs ahead of scheduled start dates to keep the team prepared and avoid delays.
  • Lead daily production meetings to review progress, priorities, blockers, and delivery commitments.
  • Maintain artwork project boards and trackers on Monday.com with current tasks, timelines, and status updates.
  • Manage the quality control process to ensure final artwork is technically accurate, brand compliant, and production ready.
  • Act as a technical liaison with printers and suppliers when needed to resolve production issues.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the artwork team to maintain a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Coach team members through 1-1s, performance reviews, career development discussions, and training plans.
  • Onboard and integrate new permanent, PAUG, and freelance team members effectively.
  • Provide monthly performance reporting on delivery volumes, right-first-time rates, turnaround times, and project spotlights.
