Description

  • Build and maintain responsive Webflow sites from Figma and other design files.
  • Own Webflow site architecture, CMS structure, and content modeling.
  • Optimize websites for page speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Implement custom interactions and animations using Webflow tools and custom code.
  • Integrate third-party tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, forms, and chat widgets.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams on landing pages, campaign sites, and SEO pages.
  • Troubleshoot bugs and cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Manage staging environments and publishing workflows.
  • Document site structures and maintain reusable component libraries.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building production websites in Webflow.
  • Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills beyond the Webflow visual editor.
  • Experience with custom code embeds, API integrations, and Webflow CMS at scale.
  • Portfolio of live Webflow projects available for review.
  • Experience working directly with marketing and leadership stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and technical SEO audits (preferred).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms (preferred).
  • Basic design sensibility, including typography, spacing, and brand consistency (preferred).
