Description

Create, develop, and improve automation test suites for client projects.
Build automation tests within the team’s test frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
Perform functional and non-functional testing on web and mobile applications.
Write, program, and run automated tests and regression suites.
Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
Write and execute test scripts and accurately record defects and issues.
Support planning and estimation within the Agile team using planning poker and the Fibonacci scale.
Contribute to QA testing of web-based applications, including cross-browser functional testing.

Requirements

Experience in QA testing web-based applications.
Demonstrable experience with Selenium WebDriver for automation.
Demonstrable experience with automated API testing using RestAssured.
Strong familiarity with bug tracking and reporting applications.
Experience writing test cases.
Experience with Java as a core programming language for test automation.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Working knowledge of BDD (Behaviour Driven Development).
Curious, ambitious, and hardworking mindset in a fast-moving digital environment.
Hybrid working in the Midlands preferred, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote; remote working in the UK is also considered if willing to travel to the Midlands occasionally.
