Description

  • Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Conduct virtual appointments with homeowners to understand their situation and evaluate needs.
  • Evaluate properties and determine competitive offer ranges based on market and property data.
  • Negotiate offers and secure signed purchase agreements with homeowners.
  • Prepare and send offers, manage transaction documentation, and keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs, including calls, appointments, offers, and contracts.
  • Participate in weekly huddles, call reviews, ongoing sales training, and structured onboarding activities.
  • Be available and flexible to pursue strong deal opportunities outside standard hours when required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience (real estate experience not required).
  • Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of conversations and consistent follow-up.
  • Comfort working within a structured sales process and KPI-driven framework.
  • High personal accountability and ability to perform in a fully remote environment.
  • Competitive, coachable mindset and willingness to participate in ongoing coaching and training.
  • Must be residing in South Carolina for business opportunities.
  • Willingness to work Monday–Friday EST hours with schedule flexibility for deal-driven needs.
  • Familiarity or ability to use sales and real estate tools such as Follow Up Boss (CRM), PropStream, Zillow, Investor Base, and Google Workspace.

Benefits

  • 100% commission-based compensation (1099 independent contractor).
  • Base commission of 12% of gross profit per closed deal.
  • Monthly performance bonus: additional 5% (17% total) for $40,000+ GP/month.
  • Quarterly catch-up bonus: retroactive bonus for $120,000+ GP/quarter.
  • Self-sourced deals earn 25% of gross profit for contractor-generated leads not already in the CRM.
  • Senior Acquisitions status at $500,000 cumulative GP with a 15% base commission (up to 20% with bonuses).
  • Realistic earning potential: solid performers ~$70K–$90K/year; high performers $150K–$200K+ annually.
  • Located in Charleston, SC candidates: $500 draw per week for the first 2–3 months.
  • Fully remote team with structured onboarding, daily huddles, and ongoing sales training; clear path to Senior Acquisitions Team Lead and Sales Manager roles.
