Description

  • Own backend and API-side product work across the optimization layer, including waterfall, prebid/auction, exclusion logic, and the scoring model.
  • Write PRDs, tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide product improvements.
  • Create and manage Jira epics, Confluence documents, JPD ideas, and participate in Agile ceremonies and stakeholder presentations.
  • Run product discovery with internal and external customers to define problems and shape solutions.
  • Manage publisher and partner integrations day to day, including VAST and RTB.
  • Monitor live campaigns, delivery, and performance reports daily to spot anomalies and coordinate fixes with AdOps and QA.
  • Support the programmatic team on inbound requests and triage issues based on system knowledge.
  • Partner with data science to evaluate the scoring model, question assumptions, and translate model behavior into product requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience.
  • Technical depth in ad tech infrastructure and the ability to reason about API design and backend behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with VAST and/or RTB integrations.
  • Strong data reasoning and ability to interpret performance reports.
  • Experience writing PRDs with clear problem framing, user stories, and unambiguous requirements.
  • Fluent product discovery fundamentals, including talking to users and defining the problem before the solution.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
  • Based in Ukraine or Europe.
  • Experience working alongside data science teams on modeling or algorithmic products (preferred).
  • Experience in a technical support or solutions role with external customers or partners (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English with US-based publishers and internal teams (preferred).
