Description

  • Design, deploy, configure, operate, and maintain cloud authorizations and accreditation for AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI environments in NIPRNet and SIPRNet.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for system design, system builds, and Authority to Operate efforts related to cybersecurity requirements and tooling.
  • Support cybersecurity authorization activities by developing RMF artifacts and documentation needed for milestones such as IATT and ATO.
  • Engineer solutions for migrating security controls from NIST 800-53 Rev. 4 to Rev. 5.
  • Ensure compliance with SCCA, Cloud SRG, and other applicable STIG/SRG requirements.
  • Support Continuous ATO in a DevSecOps or cloud-based environment, including automated control validation, continuous monitoring, and POA&M management.
  • Conduct insider threat assessments, document results in the System Security Plan, and support ATO sustainment for C1 and DPaaS environments.
  • Continuously monitor system resources, execute vulnerability and compliance scanning, verify patch compliance, and drive remediation activities.
  • Coordinate STIG checklist review and disposition for systems, applications, developed code, and other components.
  • Prepare technical documentation and briefing materials, collaborate with government cyber and technical teams, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with cloud-hosted systems and GCP/OCI cloud-native services.
  • DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification.
  • At least one cloud certification.
  • Experience with USAF Cloud One or Platform 1 (preferred).
  • Experience with automation tools such as EvalSTIG, STIG Manager, and Ansible (preferred).
  • Experience with Zero Trust Architecture (preferred).
  • Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle clouds; CISSP or equivalent (IAT-3) preferred.
