Description

  • Act as the primary technical resource for the free user community and resolve configuration and networking issues.
  • Manage a high-volume ticket queue while meeting targets for first response time and resolution time.
  • Provide clear, accurate technical guidance to drive positive user outcomes and high CSAT scores.
  • Handle a large number of daily ticket replies while troubleshooting complex networking issues.
  • Partner cross-functionally with CX and Product/Engineering to identify recurring friction points and improve the user experience.

Requirements

  • 1–4+ years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing role.
  • A demonstrated track record of solving technical problems.
  • A natural tinkerer’s mindset and curiosity, often shown through personal projects, homelabs, or open-source contributions.
  • Foundational understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, IP addressing, firewalls, and routing.
  • Proficiency troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile operating systems.
  • Some familiarity with Jira and Slack for internal workflow management and communication.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts with empathy and clarity.
  • A proactive approach to learning new technologies and staying current with evolving infrastructure tools.
