Description

  • Manage relationships with a major retail partner and support category management, sales, and operational objectives.
  • Act as a liaison among retailer, vendor, distributor, and Tactiq teams to improve execution and resolve issues.
  • Share market trends, category insights, reporting, and recommendations with vendor and retail stakeholders.
  • Coordinate promotions, new store openings, resets, and other retailer-led initiatives.
  • Conduct frequent site visits to document vendor execution, planogram compliance, and retail space conditions.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date analyses covering distributor performance, lost sales, planogram compliance, and item voids.
  • Support retailer use of Pipeline and maintain related performance tracking.
  • Create schematics using space and product rationalization.
  • Set up and maintain items, promotions/TPRs, zone alignments, item lists, and store lists.
  • Research and source new distributors and products.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, or Illinois and live near a major airport.
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel weekly within the Mid-Atlantic United States, with travel expected at least 95% of the time.
  • At least 2 years of distribution industry experience and 2 years of retail experience.
  • Retail and/or food and beverage experience preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with schematic creation preferred.
  • Experience with MicroStrategy preferred.
  • Experience working with retail and distribution partners and managing business relationships.
  • Ability to present data and insights clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
  • Experience creating and sharing reports with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
