Description

  • Provide senior-level technical support and act as an escalation resource for customer issues.
  • Collaborate with development and engineering teams to track and drive engineering escalations, bugs, and feature requests to resolution.
  • Triage, reproduce, document, and prioritize bugs and enhancement requests observed in the field.
  • Develop and deliver technical troubleshooting sessions, trainings, and written guides for the internal CRE/support team.
  • Create, review, and maintain internal knowledge base articles and runbooks.
  • Work with Escalation Management on high-touch or 'hot' accounts to coordinate rapid resolution and customer communications.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to support urgent customer incidents.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a senior technical support or escalation resource for enterprise customers in container management, cloud management, or cloud security (or similar).
  • Advanced experience with Kubernetes and Linux administration.
  • Experience with one or more scripting languages (Bash/Shell/Python).
  • Familiarity with public cloud providers and their services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Working knowledge of Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Postgres, and Kafka.
  • Experience using or integrating with Systems Management technologies and PaaS or other cloud management software.
  • Experience in application integration and reproducing complex issues in production-like environments.
  • Ability to balance multiple challenges and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
