Description

  • Define and execute comprehensive, detailed, and well-structured manual and automated test scenarios and test cases.
  • Write functional and technical test design documents according to QA methodologies.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts to perform UI, web API, load and continuous-integration testing (using tools/languages such as Selenium/TypeScript and Postman).
  • Accurately estimate testing priority and difficulty and plan test activities accordingly.
  • Perform UI, functional, smoke, stress, and performance testing across desktop, client-server, and web applications.
  • Continuously optimize and extend test environments and support CI/CD testing workflows.
  • Track and document bugs and testing actions, and continuously communicate findings with software engineers, project managers, and consultants.

Requirements

  • Experience testing desktop applications, client-server architecture, and web applications using both manual and automated approaches.
  • Proficiency with automation and scripting tools such as Selenium (TypeScript) and Postman.
  • Practical experience with SQL/TQL for test data validation and queries.
  • Knowledge of QA processes, techniques, approaches, methodologies, and the software development lifecycle, with ability to apply them in daily work.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting test cases and test plans.
  • Experience with UI, functional, smoke, stress, and performance testing.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (basic Scrum knowledge).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and version control tools such as Jenkins, SVN, and Git.
  • Self-directed mindset with willingness to research and propose solutions to improve testing efficiency.
  • Nice to have: understanding of supply chain planning, good understanding of data models, and knowledge of SAP project/database/interfacing.
