Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Source and originate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience and long-term account growth.
  • Orchestrate internal experts to assess opportunities, develop tailored solution proposals, and pitch/submit proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate preparation and submission of RFPs in response to client requests.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling of Symphony Solutions’ service portfolio across custom iGaming, healthcare, airline, cloud, data and AI services.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and joint initiatives.
  • Work with Marketing to identify target accounts, execute joint marketing initiatives, and promote company capabilities and success stories.
  • Prepare sales reports, present findings to senior management, and coordinate regular pipeline reviews and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing new business deals valued at €500,000 or more.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on sales experience specializing in solution, service, and portfolio sales within relevant industry sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, product demonstrations, proposal creation, and deal closure.
  • Familiarity with Application Development/Modernization, Experience Design Services, Cloud and DevOps, Data and Analytics Infrastructure, Managed Services/Team Augmentation, Agile Transformation, and Digital Marketing consulting (SEO, PPC).
  • Experience in market analysis, business model innovation, and portfolio management within a services context.
  • Strong consultative commercial and business development skills with a hunter mentality for prospecting and deal qualification.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills and experience driving customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Experience in sales enablement, including training, tool development, and incentive structures.
  • Proficiency using HubSpot and Trello for tracking interactions and analysing sales metrics.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and a strong industry network or prospecting network in verticals such as iGaming, aviation, healthcare, banking/finance, or logistics.
