Description

  • Translate product training and education into successful sales across the assigned surgical technology portfolio.
  • Develop creative sales strategies for existing and prospective accounts in the territory.
  • Build and maintain a complete, consistent customer database for the territory.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through visits, calls, industry events, and ongoing communication.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from presentations and evaluations through contract negotiations, closing, delivery, installation, and post-sale support.
  • Prepare sales and tender documentation, including quotations, letters, and responses to technical questions.
  • Develop and execute a 12-month territory sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Leverage existing customer relationships to influence prospective accounts and identify upgrade opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and share account information to support cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, support annual budget planning, and monitor territory expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in OR or surgical sales.
  • High comfort with frequent travel and extensive time in the field.
  • Documented success as a top-performing sales representative.
  • Strong product and industry knowledge with willingness to continue self-training.
  • Experience managing accounts, distributors, and market information in a territory-based sales role.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $85,000.
  • Eligibility for commissions.
  • Eligibility for bonuses.
  • Benefits package.
  • Expected total on-target earnings of approximately $230,000–$250,000.
