Description

  • Stay current with web technologies, software architecture principles, and design patterns.
  • Participate in improving software quality processes and development lifecycles.
  • Train and support other web developers to build team capability.
  • Monitor production performance continuously and troubleshoot issues.
  • Create and run load tests, then analyze application performance.
  • Develop the professional web application with rich interaction and responsive design.
  • Build analytics dashboards and web data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to define the best system workflow from the user’s perspective.
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows or automations that improve efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of web development experience.
  • Strong experience with Golang and/or NodeJS; these are mandatory.
  • Experience with SQL and managing SQL databases.
  • NoSQL database experience is a plus.
  • Ability to write high-performance, reusable code.
  • Knowledge of software engineering patterns, especially for web services development.
  • Knowledge of caching tools such as Memcached or Redis is a plus.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and proactive skills.
  • Good written and technical English.
  • Ability to design and implement AI-powered workflows or automations.
